Lot 6 is where the swimming baths are. Carriage Drive is now Myrtle Drive. Bath House now Steart House and Marine House the Round Tower Guest House.

Lot 4 was acquired by Robert Lock, a Kent china and glass dealer, in 1872 and bequeathed to his son, a resident of Surry, in 1880. From him it passed back to a Burnham resident, the Rev John William Gregg, in 1890. By 1893 there was a property, ‘The Haven’,  on the land when it was sold to Thomas Holt, then resident at the neighbouring property ‘The Hall’. This passed to Ernest Gerald Holt in 1929. From 1957 the property passed through a number of hands before being sold in 1985 to Cecile Crombeke and Iris Cramp at which point it acquired its present name ‘Myrtle Cottage’.
